Visit the dentist
The best way to ensure that you are maintaining a healthy and clean mouth is by taking a trip to your dentist. They will be able to assess if you are missing any areas of your mouth, how good your brushing technique is, and if you are experiencing any problems that could develop into a much bigger issue, such as gum disease, decay, and cancer.
Practice a new technique
If after your visit to the dentist you discovered that you are brushing wrong, you need to put your new learnt technique into practice. Brush your teeth twice a day and you will quickly find that your newly acquired brushing technique is making a difference to how your teeth look and feel.
Replace your toothbrush
